Dan Bork - Franchise Owner

Dan was born and raised in WNY and has spent his life moving in the north towns. He’s currently married with 2 kids. His interests in homes and how they were built began in the late 1990s when he started working for Barden Homes in Middleport. After experiencing the detailed processes of planning and building homes, he decided to build his own home in 2004. From then on he has helped build additions, decks, patios, pole barns, garages, driveways, and many other components of a property along with a tremendous amount of renovation work. In 2016 while expecting his son, he attended the WNY School of Real Estate to earn his Home Inspection License. He has always loved helping people and what better way than providing them with the information they need to make an informed decision on the largest purchase most people will ever make. He recently joined the Pillar to Post team and has been greatly enjoying his work with us.

Robert Giuseppetti - Home Inspector

Robert Giuseppetti is a native of Buffalo who bought his Pillar to Post franchise in 2012. Previously, Robert owned a construction company and attended Alfred State College for building trades. He is also a member of Business Networking International and the Pillar to Post Navigator Group. A fun fact about Robert is that he has played the drums since age of 10 years old and even traveled the country playing drums in a band! In his free time he likes working on houses learning new abilities, reading and spending time with his son Ricardo.

 

Chris Arthur - Home Inspector

Chris Arthur is a native of Williamsville, NY and graduated from SUNY Oswego in 2008 with a Bachelors in Technology Education. He has experience flipping houses and has been a licensed home inspector since 2014. Chris enjoys helping his clients have confidence when finding their dream home! In his free time Chris enjoys home renovations, golfing, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Brian Adamczyk – Home Inspector

Brian Adamczyk is a Buffalo native and a licensed Home Inspector who has a decade of experience in Construction, Buildings and Grounds Maintenance. He also has past experiences in light carpentry, wood restoration, plumbing and roofing. Brian enjoys Home inspection by giving the client a basic understanding of their new home. In his spare time he enjoys coffee, photography, traveling, playing guitar, anything outside and spending time with family and friends.
